First presentation with headache and acral enlargement

No visual loss, tunnel vision or blurred vision

Normal perimetry

Undergone surgery in 1375

Normal pituitary MRI and biochemical tests 4 years ago

At present, no evidence of disease activity (headache, sweating, fatigue)

3 months ago during lab test high IGF-1 was detected for her.
